1. Pending payment status
After a user selects an offer and pays, the amount remains pending within the Cirkonity platform workflow while the consultation is active. Cirkonity does not describe this process as a legally regulated escrow service.
2. Release after confirmation
When the user confirms receipt of the answer, the applicable amount is released as specialist earnings, subject to fees, holds and final platform rules.
3. Automatic release
When the user does not respond and no dispute is opened, payment automatically releases after the configured period, which is expected to be between five and seven days.
4. Dispute review
A dispute pauses release. Administrators may review the question, category, offer, answer, messages, timestamps and supporting information.
5. Possible outcomes
The final policy should define when funds may be released, refunded, divided or otherwise settled, together with deadlines, appeal limits and payment-provider restrictions.
