Cirkonity operates a marketplace that allows users to submit private questions, receive offers from approved matching specialists and select a consultation. The final terms must clearly define the platform’s role and limitations.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Specify age, identity, account security, prohibited access and eligibility requirements for users and specialists.
3. Specialist approval and specialty limits
Each specialist is approved under one specialty and receives only matching requests. Approval may be suspended or withdrawn when platform requirements are not met.
4. Acceptable use
Define prohibited content, unlawful requests, harassment, fraud, impersonation, account sharing and attempts to bypass the platform payment process.
5. Consultation and payment rules

6. Suspension, termination and changes
